Skid mounted tail gas treatment unit for natural gas processing

Description:

It is mainly used to deal with the tail gas of sulfur recovery device, as well as the waste gas of liquid sulfur pool and TEG waste gas of dehydration device of sulfur recovery device. The design and processing capacity of the device are matched with sulfur recovery device and dehydration device.

The device adopts the CANSOLV process approved by shell. After treatment, the exhaust gas can reach the SO2 emission standard of 400mg/Nm3 (dry base, 3vol% O2).The annual production time of the device is 8000h, and the operating flexibility is 50%~120%.
