The hydraulic piston pump CNG service staion is used for CNG daughter station.

Description:

The hydraulic psiton CNG serivce station make the reciprocating motion in cylinder through the hydraulic system by pushing the piston.

Advangtages:

1. Different capacities: from 1000 to 3000 Nm3/h.

2. Different types of CNG service station for choose: split type, intergrated type and partial intergrated type. Selection is more flexible.

3. Little mechanical vibration, smooth systme runnig and low noise.

4.Less wearing parts. Most of the parts are standard. Easy to repair with low maintenance cost.

5. It is high efficient and energy saving. It can save about 20% engergy compared with mechanical piston compressor.

6. Gas leakage rate ≤0.02%. it is lower 0.1% than the mechanical piston compressor's standard.
